“... saw his mother, who was very young and very single when she had him,”

Michelle Obama / Jul 11, 2008

Truth? Or consequences.

"TOO BIG TO FAIL" finally pays off. They didn't even need the Supreme Court this time.

“Laws can be wrong. Laws can be cruel. Those that live only by the law, are both wrong and cruel.”

Isle Of The Dead / 1945

My Name is Michael Sterling. I am ashamed of Barack Obama.

Barack Hussein Obama Jr. cannot rightfully hold the Office of the President of the United States according to the eligibility requirements of Article II, Section 1 of the United States Constitution.

It is imperative that the courts hear the lawsuits challenging Obama’s eligibility and make their determinations based on constitutional law. All delays will result in further damage to the authority of the federal government and the country in general.

ShockEd - I think CANDIDATE calls it as he sees it.

BTW - There are many Black Brothers and Sisters born right here is America that could do a much better job at managing this country!

Power to the People!!!

MeanGreen. I've got this.

No. His wife did.

I believe the last thing I said about Obama was that "there would be no Birthers" if he had done the right thing when he had the chance. He didn't, and I'm sure there's a name for a usurper who hides behind lawyers paid to keep his illegitimacy secret until it's too late to do anything about the crime committed. It may even start with "B".

Apparently, the rule of law is how to use the law to rule.

As for how I see it, I'll re-post tonight's NY-23 comment for those who don't feel like going all the way back to "The Other 23".

With all the attention given to finding a Certificate Of Live Birth, a moment of silence for the Birther Death Certificate with every Americans' name on it.

“So much for Sarah Palin's tweets and the Tea Party Conservative revolution.

They should have read the fine print in the dismissal of the suit brought about by the plaintiffs most likely to have been harmed by the Obama deception: "Defendants (Obama) argue that because the third party political candidates would have lost the election in any event, they have not been harmed by a candidate who did not qualify".

Thank God for THE DAILY SHOW. Jon Stewart took the "conservative" candidate, Dick Cheney, and Cable News coverage out in ONE show.

Don't agree? Imagine the coverage today if the tea-baggers had WON.”

REPEATING: All told, a Victory on the day after the Ancient Bavarian Conspiracy release of the remade "V".

As for Obama, I won't speak of him again.

And yes, Hannity loves Dick.

What does legitimacy have to do with eligibility for the presidency?

“Illegitimate birth does absolutely nothing to disqualify Barack Obama from office.”

"Obama had 1 parent that was a US citizen at the time of his birth. The other was a Kenyan citizen. This alone disqualifies him as a natural born citizen."

During the campaign Bill Clinton said very specifically that the Constitution was quite clear what the qualifications for President are. Far from shoring up his wife's opponent's credentials, I thought at the time that he was laying the groundwork for future betrayal.
