Barack Hussein Obama Jr. cannot rightfully hold the Office of the President of the United States according to the eligibility requirements of Article II, Section 1 of the United States Constitution.
It is imperative that the courts hear the lawsuits challenging Obama’s eligibility and make their determinations based on constitutional law. All delays will result in further damage to the authority of the federal government and the country in general.

I believe the last thing I said about Obama was that "there would be no Birthers" if he had done the right thing when he had the chance. He didn't, and I'm sure there's a name for a usurper who hides behind lawyers paid to keep his illegitimacy secret until it's too late to do anything about the crime committed. It may even start with "B".
Apparently, the rule of law is how to use the law to rule.
As for how I see it, I'll re-post tonight's NY-23 comment for those who don't feel like going all the way back to "The Other 23".

Unfortunately...
"Obama had 1 parent that was a US citizen at the time of his birth. The other was a Kenyan citizen. This alone disqualifies him as a natural born citizen."
During the campaign Bill Clinton said very specifically that the Constitution was quite clear what the qualifications for President are. Far from shoring up his wife's opponent's credentials, I thought at the time that he was laying the groundwork for future betrayal.
